‘The Lost Children of Carlisle’ explores the legacy of cultural erasure in the Indigenous community as a result of U.S. Indian boarding school policies. Directed by WGAL News 8’s Matt Barcaro, the documentary reveals new information about the children buried in unmarked graves at the Carlisle Indian School cemetery and captures the journeys of the children's loved ones to identify them...from a small fishing village in Alaska to a sprawling Native American reservation in South Dakota.
